Flash Backup. Backs up your phone's system files into one file with your current settings. It can also backup your PDS and your bootloader. It can also flash files you create back to another phone. Additionally, it can disable RSA protection and edit PDS files.
Manuals. There is a Motorola user's manual, a Motorola manual from their Technical Support Group, a Motorola V3 disassembly guide, a manual on Taking the RAZR apart, and a manual on Getting the dust out of the V3.

Motorola GPRS modem scripts. For Mac users who want to get online with their V3.
Motorola P2k Drivers version 2.9. Important drivers for your phone. You need to install these drivers before using any P2K programs.
Motorola Unlocker 2005 - This is used for unlocking the V3 (among other models).
Motorola Vxxx Mod Tool. Has too many features to list, but is used for enabling a continuous backlight mode to show off the outer LCD screen on the V3.
MotoSkin. This program removes the date and clock and operator text display on the main screen. It also allows you to tweak the interface "soft menu" buttons and some other features.
Msnap. Early version of program. Takes screen shots of your inner screen only. Newer version of program. Offers a GUI and ability to select between the inner and outer screen for screen shots.
OpEdit. This is used for changing the operator's name to your custom text on the main LCD.
P2K Commander. A general file management program. This program aids greatly in installing skins, or themes.
P2K Menu Editor. This program allows more advanced menu editing and remapping of keys.
P2K Phone File Manager. Also known as "P2KMAN". This is one of many file management programs for P2K platform phones like the V3. It allows the transfer of most all files (including seems) and the deletion of "locked" system files that you may want to get rid of.
P2K Tools This program is another file manager, can upload Java programs and skins, but most importantly, it offers one of only a few ways to auto reset all ring details to silent so that access to the ring details menu can be restored. I host two versions of this program.

Requested files. I have four different sets of files here. File 1 - Contains: modified "custgoodbye.gif" and "custwakeup.gif" images (single frame of black),"gain_table.bin", "keypadFixFlex.hs", "mma_dcpCINGULAR", "mma_dcpTMOBILE", "mma_ucpCINGULAR", "mma_ucpTMOBILE", "plmn_text_table.bin", and bootloaders "07.D0", "08.23" and "08.26". File 2 - Contains: Cingular only file, which comes from the "42.09R" and "A0F5" monster pack and contains many critical files including the entire audio folder. File 3 - Contains: T-Mobile only file, which comes from the "42.09R" and "A106" monster pack and contains many critical files including the entire audio folder. File 4 - Contains: The original ski files for Moto, Scarlet and Silver.
Scotty2 bootloader downgrader. Used for modifying the "08.26" bootloader to facilitate various mods. I also have another bootloader downgrader that's supposed to work even better than the Scotty2 program.
Seem list. Master list of all discovered seems and what they control. This list is maintained by http://xlr8.us/hofo.	.
SHX CoDec 2.6. Creates, saves and edits flexes and flashes, also used in creation of DRM icons. Packaged with midas.dll and the Motorola RAW image converter program.
Splash screen mod flash file. A special flash file made with the RSA protection removed. This is needed specifically to modify the splash screen image. It is based on the "42.10R" flash.
Splash screen mod flash file 2. A special flash file made with the RSA protection removed. This is needed specifically to modify the splash screen image. It is based on the "42.17R" flash.
WebSession files. The file needed to connect to various phone company services.
