Back up files. Delete something you shouldn't have? Don't have a back up file? I've got several files here from an unbranded, U.S. English V3i with iTunes (R47A). If you need the original skins they are in this other file.
Cingular configuration. Document of a thread from the MotoX forums that details how to conifgure your V3i for use on the Cingular network.
GP Tables Editor 1.0 RC1. Used for editing your audio tables.
Manuals. Menu Maker. Program for changing your menu so it can display 12 items instead of just 9. Also comes wtih a modified "mma_ucp" file.
Motorola Boot Screen Replacer. Used to patch a custom splash screen into a firmware file.
Motorola Digital Audio Player. Plays your music files. A great alternative to iTunes or Sounds. There are multiple versions in this zip file.
Motorola Explorer 0.93. This is a file management program for P2K platforms.
Motorola GPRS modem scripts. For Mac users who want to get online with their V3i.
Motorola MIDlets Manager. This program is for installing Java applications like the Motorola Digital Audio Player onto the V3i.
Motorola P2K Drivers version 2.9. Important drivers for your phone. Installing them allows for P2K programs to communicate with the phone.
Motorola Vxxx Mod Tool. Has too many features to list, but is used for enabling a continuous backlight mode to show off the glowing blue "M" on the V3i.
Moto Skin. For modifying many properties of the operator, date and clock text display.
Msnap. Early version of program. Takes screen shots of your inner screen only. Newer version of program. Offers a GUI and ability to select between the inner and outer screen for screen shots.
My custom DRM icon set. A hodge podge collection of the best elements of several other DRM icon sets made by Motorola forum members. I have also removed the Hello Moto start up animation in this flash file to reduce the CG15 file size.
OpEdit. This is used for changing the operator's name to your custom text on the main LCD.
P2K Advanced Editor (Build 4929). Among many other things this program allows for easy customization of the start up and shut down animations and sounds.

P2K Phone File Manager (Build 26.02.2004). Also known as "P2KMAN". This is one of many file management programs for P2K platform phones like the V3i. It allows the transfer of most all files (including seems) and the deletion of "locked" system files that you may want to get rid of.
P2K Tools. This program is another file manager, can upload Java programs and skins, but most importantly, it offers one of only a few ways to auto reset all ring details to silent so that access to the ring details menu can be restored. I host two versions of this program.
Random's SHX Toolkit. Creates .shx files from .bin files and extracts .bin files from .shx files. Aids in creating custom flashes.
Random's RSA LTE2 Remover. Removes the RSA protection from the V3i so that mods like increasing iTunes capacity and changing the splash screen can be accomplished.
Samsung Flash Imager This is used for determing the hex address of the splash screens in a firmware.
Seem list. Master list of all discovered seems and what they control. This list is maintained by http://xlr8.us/hofo
SHX CoDec. Used in creating your own custom DRM icon sets.
V3i Backup/SHX Creation Utility BETA. Creates custom monster packs and other assorted flashes from your phone. You can restore previous saved states of your phone.
